Limited Lifetime Product Warranty Statement

Nufilm  warrants all Nufilm brand window film to be free from defects and when professionally installed by an authorized Nufilm dealer, the film is warranted against changing color, crazing, cracking, delaminating, demetalizing and failure of the adhesive. 

The Nufilm Warranty coverage begins on the date your film was installed and continues for as long as you own your vehicle.  The Nufilm Warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the film and may not be transferred to a new owner in the event you sell your car.

In the unlikely event your film fails, Nufilm will replace the film including re-installation.  The work must be handled by an authorized Nufilm dealer and installer.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF, NOR ARE THERE ANY WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF MERCHANT ABILITY APPLICABLE TO ANY FILMS MANUFACTURED BY NUFILM

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND IS VOID IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN SUBJECT TO ABUSE, IMPROPER CARE, OR DOES NOT COMPLY WITH APPLICATION STATE LAWS.

In the event the window film was installed by a non-authorized individual or dealer, any warranty claim is subject to inspection by an authorized Nufilm dealer.  In the event it is determined by Nufilm’s representative that the film was improperly installed the warranty claim shall be determined invalid.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact the original installing dealer before replacing or removing your film and hang on to your receipt.
